How to Prepare for Your VIRTUAL Class

Grab water and a towel. A yoga mat is recommended for all classes to help with stability. Hand weights up to three pounds and leg weights up to 1 pound are encouraged. If those options are not available grab a home item to replace them with, such as canned food or water bottles. You may use a wall, countertop, chair, or ballet barre as your “barre”. Be sure to be 5 minutes early in order to properly set up your audio and video access. Being early is highly encouraged so that the LIVE class and the recording of the instructor in the LIVE class are not disrupted. Be sure to MUTE your microphone upon entry to the class if it is not already muted upon entry into the classroom by the studio. The music is streamed individually through Spotify. “Follow” The Natalie Berkeley Studio on Spotify to find the playlists used in the classes. Remember that The Natalie Berkeley Studio is meeting you where you are. Ask questions! Please reserve your questions to before and/or after class in order to be respectful to the students in the class and to avoid being disruptive. If you prefer to ask in private, you may always email owner@thenatalieberkeleystudio.com See you in class!
