      <image:caption>Natalie Berkeley, RN, BSN, ERYT 200, the founder of The Natalie Berkeley Studio, has been teaching yoga since 2007 and is an ERYT-200HR Registered Yoga Teacher. She was trained and certified by Balanced Body Pilates and has been teaching pilates since 2015. She has been creating challenging barre experiences for clients since 2012. Natalie has been a dancer since the age of 4 and is currently a choreographer and dance instructor at a local dance studio and a Varsity HS Dance Team Coach. A Registered Nurse since 2001, Natalie has primarily worked as a cardiac and procedural nurse. She believes in mind-body connection and the importance of movement, mind, and health. She welcomes you to a space of comfort and fun. The Natalie Berkeley Studio is meeting you where you are.       <image:caption>The Barre classes engage your arms, core, and legs. You will work muscles you didn’t even know you had! Props may be used in classes including a barre (chair, countertop, whatever works), leg weights (1 pound each), hand weights (2-3 pounds each), and a mat (towel works).</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Tobias Keene, D.D.S. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>
